TO CONNECT WITH THE PROVIDER:
We shall send you the link prior to the appointment. Please click on the link at the time of the appointment. The provider will start the visit when ready.
If you are waiting for more than 10 minutes, please call the office at 860-676-9000 to let the provider know that you are waiting.
If unable to connect, the providers will text a link to your phone and you can click on it to be connected.

5. If the child is too young to sit or does not want to, allow the child to move around the room. Make sure the camera is facing the room and the provider is able to see and observe the child.
